In an effort to continually meet your needs, American is launching the ability to prepay your bags, allowing customers to save time at the airport.
This is available for customers in coach, and allows travelers to pre-pay for checked baggage online or on the American app 24 hours to 4 hours prior to departure. They can then check their bag at curbside, self-service kiosk, or counter at the airport.
American Airlines is always looking for ways to make doing business with you easier and to provide a seamless customer experience, with more customer investments to come.
