Responsibilities:
- Work with the team to develop, execute and maintain a comprehensive marketing strategy to foster engagement and growth
- Collaborate with strategic partners to create mutually beneficial marketing campaigns that drive agency growth
- Create brand awareness through direct communication, social media platforms, meetings, and other relevant marketing platforms
- Coordinate with the marketing design and content teams to generate digital and print advertising material that connect with target audiences
- Lead the creation and execution of internal and external promotional events
- Manage email, website, and social media channels to engage with customers and answer questions
- Monitor and analyze consumer behavior metrics to assess the impact of marketing initiatives and make adjustments to achieve marketing goals
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in marketing or related field
- Experience in managing social media platforms and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills with an eye for storytelling and ability to adapt according to marketing style, and application
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Working knowledge of design programs (Canva) and a strong aptitude for editing web content using Joomla
- Proficiently use search engines, web analytics, and business research tools
- Creative thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Outstanding organizational skills and ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
