This restaurant is located about an hour outside of Medellín in Rio Negro, nevertheless the food is well worth the trek. Known for their famous cazuela de pescado, a filet of fish served over rice with a sour orange sauce, onions, sweet peppers, tomatoes, limoncillo, and cilantro, you will not regret the journey.
